Pepita Sesame Crackers

1 cup sesame seeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
2 teaspoon oil
water (about 30 ml)
1 pinch cayenne powder (optional)
2 teaspoons garlic powder (optional)
1 tsp oregano (optional)
use other preferred spices

Preparation Method
Grind the pumpkin seeds in a food processor by pulsing.
Then add salt, oil and spices and pulse.
Then add the sesame seeds and water, pulse until the mix reaches a
dough consistency (add more water if needed).

Roll the dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper the size of the largest oven trays, and roll with rolling pin until it becomes a thin sheet covering the entire baking sheet, then place in the tray and remove the paper over and cut dough into squares.

Bake at 150C/375F for 7-15 min.
