1 bunch kale, washed and thoroughly dried
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt
Preparation Method
Remove the central stem of each kale leaf, then cut leaves into 3-4 cm pieces, place on a large baking tray and toss with olive oil and salt, and bake at 135C/275 F until crispy, for about 20 minutes (turn them after 10 minutes).
