Rosemary Almond Crackers

1 ¾ cups
almond flour (blanched)
 ½ teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped finely
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 egg

Preparation Method
In a large bowl, combine almond flour, salt and rosemary.
In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil and egg.
Stir wet ingredients into the dry ones until smooth.
Take the dough and place in an oven tray (the largest oven tray) that has been previously lined with baking sheet, and then put another
baking sheet over the dough and roll with rolling pin until the dough becomes a thin sheet covering the whole baking sheet. Remove the paper from the top and cut the dough into squares (I haven't done it).

Bake at 175C/350F for 12-20 minutes until slightly browned.

After removing the tray from the oven, let the
crackers cool in it for 30 minutes, then remove and serve.
