Kalamata Olive Dip

Kalamata Olive Dip








 



Ingredients
250g Kalamata olives, pitted
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic
apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar


Preparation
 

Place all ingredients in food processor and chop until they reach the desired consistency. Put salt, black pepper and vinegar to taste.

Serve on toast or crackers.
