Chocolate Salami with Ricotta

Chocolate Salami with Ricotta

250 g ricotta / farmer cheese
50-100 g sugar (to taste)
100 g chocolate, melted
150-180 g biscuits, crumbled
rum extract
coconut flakes / chopped walnuts / chopped almonds
flakes or ground walnuts (for dusting)

Preparation Method
Mix ricotta / farmer cheese with sugar, then add chocolate, extract,
coconut flakes / chopped walnuts / chopped almonds , biscuits and mix well. Then roll into a log, cover with transparent foil and put it in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Then remove the foil and roll the chocolate salami through the coconut or ground walnuts, or, if you prefer, through
crumbled biscuits (I used coconut).
