Apple and Cheese Quinoa Balls

200 g cooked quinoa
1 apple large, grated
90 g Cheddar cheese
1 egg, beaten
salt and pepper
optional: 1 teaspoon sugar

Preparation Method
Preheat oven to 180C / 350F.

In a large bowl add quinoa, apple, cheese, egg, salt, black pepper,
sugar and mix to combine. Taste for salt.

Form balls and place on a tray greased with olive oil.

Apple and Cheese Quinoa Balls


Bake (about 30 minutes) until they turn pale golden.

You can also add, a little chopped onion and mix of fresh herbs for extra flavor.
