Ingredients
2 1/2 cups cooked quinoa
2 eggs
600 g mushrooms, diced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 small onion, finely chopped
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons broth
2-3 tablespoons Parmesan
5-6 tablespoons feta crumbled
fresh parsley
fresh dill
pepper
Preparation Method
In a saucepan on medium heat, cook the onion in oil (1 tablespoon of it), then add the garlic, and finally add the mushrooms and saute until they leave the water. Add salt, pepper and let cool.
When the mushrooms have cooled mix all the ingredients above and form balls and place them on a tray greased with oil or lined with baking paper and bake for 15-20 minutes at 350F.
