Sesame crackers


Ingredients
160 g almond flour
90-100 g sesame (I put both white and black)
1 ½ teaspoons of salt
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tablespoons grapeseed oil or olive oil

Preparation Method
In a large bowl, combine almond flour, salt, sesame seeds, eggs and oil until well mixed.
Take the dough and place on a baking tray (the largest oven tray) which is previously lined with baking sheet and then put another sheet over, using a baking rolling pin roll the piece of dough until it becomes a thin sheet covering the entire baking sheet, remove paper on top and cut dough into squares.
If you don't have large tray, the dough is divided into two halves and put in two small trays.

Bake at 350F for 12-20 minutes, until lightly browned.
Cool and serve.
