Mushroom Turkey Meatballs

Mushroom Turkey Meatballs  
500 g lean minced turkey / chicken (I used turkey legs meat)
about 8 baby Portobello mushrooms
84 g parmesan, grated
2-3 cloves of garlic
1 handful of fresh parsley
salt and black pepper

Preparation Method
Place the mushrooms, parsley and garlic in a food processor and process until roughly chopped.
Place all ingredients in a large bowl, mix well, and form small balls with your hands soaked in water.

Preheat oven to 400F. Then place the meatballs on tray a greased with oil and bake for 30 minutes.
