Brazilian cheese bread

Brazilian cheese bread
Ingredients
160 ml milk (I used almonds milk)
50 ml olive oil
70 g Parmesan (I also put a bit of feta)
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
170 g tapioca flour
1 teaspoon salt

Preparation Method
Preheat the oven to 400F.

Meanwhile, put all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
Grease muffin forms with oil, then fill with the batter to the top and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
