Almond flour pancakes

Almond flour pancakes
Ingredients
140 g almond flour (blanched)
3 large eggs
1-2 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon lemon / orange extract
2 tablespoons agave nectar or honey
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon baking soda

Preparation Method
In a large bowl whisk eggs with water,
extract and agave syrup / honey.
Add the almond flour, salt and baking soda and mix well.

Bake pancakes at medium heat in a pan that is greased with a little oil. Flip them when tiny bubbles form on top.
Grease pan with oil every time you put new pancakes.
