3 Seed Crackers

 3 Seed Crackers
1 cup chia seeds
1 cup flax seeds, ground
1 cup sesame seeds
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups water

Optionally you can add different spices:
2 tablespoons dried oregano

2 tablespoons dried garlic
2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
2 tablespoons red pepper flakes

Preparation Method

Preheat oven to 325F.

In the meantime, in a bowl mix chia seeds, flex seeds, sesame seeds, salt and water until it thickens. Then add the spices and stir to distribute evenly.

Divide dough into 2 pieces and spread each of it on a tray that has been lined with baking sheet. I distributed the dough with hands slightly moistened (alternatively you can spread with the back of a spatula).

 3 Seed Crackers


Bake for 30 minutes, then remove and cut the dough into squares with a knife. Then put in the oven again for another 30 minutes. To make it crispy, after they're baked, turn the oven off but leave the trays in and stick a wooden spoon in the oven door to keep it open just a crack, allowing them to cool slowly in the oven.
