Scrambled eggs with kale

 
My girls' holiday project for St Patrick's day.

Ingredients
2 eggs
2 large kale leaves (with the stem)
1 clove garlic
salt and pepper

Preparation

Place all ingredients in a blender and mix well.

 
















Then put the mixture in a frying pan with 1 tablespoon oil (or more - if you prefer).














Fry it on one side for about 1 min then stir it until it turns solid (about 3-4 minutes).
I served it with cucumber,
everything green :)
