Pancakes "zero cholesterol"















Ingredients
4 cups almond milk / soy
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups oatmeal
2 Tbs oil
1 spoon lemon extract / lime zest
salt

Preparation Method
Mix all ingredients well in a blender.



Add extra milk if composition seems too thick.
Bake pancakes on medium heat in a pan that is slightly greased with oil.
Flip pancakes when tiny bubbles form on top.



 
 
 
 
 
 
Grease pan with oil every time you put new pancakes.
