Oatmeal burgers

 
Ingredients
220 g oat flakes
2 large onions, finely chopped
3-5 cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoons walnuts, crushed or ground
1 teaspoon paprika
1-2 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons oil
1 bunch chopped parsley / celery leaves chopped

Preparation
Scald oatmeal in boiling water for 2 minutes, drain it and let it cool.
In a skillet, add the 2 tablespoons of oil, add the onion, 1 tablespoon water and saute them.
















After the oatmeal has cooled drain well and mix all the ingredients in.



   










Form burgers (moisten hands in water before each one), and then place in a tray lined with baking paper,
 













and bake at 370F for 30-40 minutes (15-20 minutes on one side, then flip and bake again).
I served them with beets salad (beets baked in the oven, lemon juice, salt, olive oil).
