Mushroom pie


125 g butter
250 g flour
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons oil
350 g mushrooms
3 onions
200 g sour cream
3 eggs
salt and pepper
chopped parsley
grated cheese

Preparation Method
Mix all ingredients to form a dough then refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, make the filling: saute the onion in oil, then add the mushrooms over medium heat until all the liquid evaporates. Add salt, black pepper and leave to cool.
In a bowl mix the eggs, add sour cream, mixing easily, and finally add fried mushrooms, parsley and mix with a spoon.

Roll the dough then place into a pie pan, greased with oil and dusted with flour and bake for 10 minutes at 365 F. When removed from the oven pour filling over, then sprinkle the shredded cheese on top. Bake in the oven at 365 F for 45 min.
