Chocolate Crinkles















Ingredients
1/2 cup vegetable oil
4 oz unsweetened baking chocolate, melted, cooled
1 cup granulated sugar
2 teaspoon rum / lemon / orange extract
4 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup powdered sugar


Preparation
In a large bowl, mix the oil, chocolate, sugar and extract. Then add one egg after another, mixing well after each one. At the end add the flour, baking powder and salt and mix slightly, resulting in a soft dough. Cover the bowl with foil and place in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Preheat oven to 350 °F.
Take a teaspoonfull of the dough, then shape into balls, then pass them through the powdered sugar and place in a large oven tray that has been lined with greased baking sheet or oil, leave 1 inch distance
between them.

 
 
 











Bake for 10-12 minutes or until no longer soft in the middle.
