Guinness beef stew














Ingredients
1 kg beef (for stew), chopped
2 large onions, chopped

4-5 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons oil
5 tablespoons flour, mixed with salt, pepper and paprika to taste
500 ml Guinness beer
200-250 ml beef broth / water
2 carrots, cut into large cubes
parsley
thyme
salt
black pepper


Preparation


Seasoned flour


Rub the meat in the flour mixed with spices.















Saute the onion and garlic, then add the pieces of meat, and cook for 5 minutes, then add the thyme, salt, black pepper, beef broth / water, carrots, and at the end add the Guinness beer.
























Allow to boil until it doesn't have foam anymore (3-5 min),















then put the lid and bake at 305 F for 2-3 hours.
Note: You can use any pot / pan that has a lid and is oven-proof: Pyrex, etc..

Do not bake for less than 2 hours, otherwise it will taste bitter from the Guinness.
