Bomboloni alla crema


















Halloween edible spiders...Boooooooo

Ingredients
500 g flour
2 teaspoons dry yeast
2 tablespoons sugar
3 eggs
lemon zest
250 ml sour cream
salt
Cream
500 ml milk
3 whole eggs
125 g sugar
45 g flour
salt
lemon zest
vanilla extract

Preparation
Dough
Mix the eggs with the yeast, salt, sugar, lemon zest and sour cream. Then add the flour and knead the dough elastic and sticky. Let it rise for an hour, make the cream in the meantime.
Cream
Mix the eggs with the sugar, until smooth, then add the milk, salt, extract, put on the stove and let it boil, pour the flour little by little, stirring constantly, do there aren't lumps, let to thicken well.
Cover with plastic film (as not to get a crust) and let cool.

After the dough has risen, knead again helping us with oil or flour and it roll into sheets, cut into round shape using round cookie cutter or with a round glass.
Put 1 teaspoon full of cream on each of round piece for half of them,













get the edges a little wet with water, then cover with remaining round shapes,















pressing gently with fingers on the margin.




















Then let it rise another hour in a tray greased with oil.

Then fry in a skillet / pan with hot oil over medium heat (
fry bottom first).




































If desired, powder with sugar powder.
