Pizza Geany










 




Ingredients
Dough
230 g flour (I used ​​100 g all purpose + 130 g
whole wheat flour)
1 teaspoon dry yeast
130 ml warm water
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon of vinegar
10 ml oil
Filling
250 ml tomato sauce
1 onion
1 tomato

hot pepper or 1/2 green pepper
2 mushrooms
some olives
ham / sausage / meat
250 g cheese / mozzarella
dried basil / dried oregano

Preparation

Dissolve the yeast, sugar and salt in warm water, then mix in all the other dough ingredients and knead the dough elastic, not sticky, let it rise and in the meantime cut the vegetables.
After the dough has risen,
roll the dough on the back of a large pan, then put on top of it the tomato sauce, then onions, peppers, tomatoes, mushrooms, bacon / meat, spices and put it in the preheated oven, for 10 minutes.
Remove the pizza from the oven, add cheese / mozzarella, sliced
olives, and put it back  in the oven to bake until it's done (10-20 min).














The same recipe can be made in ​​mini pizzas.
