Pea cream soup












Ingredients
500 g of peas
2 small carrots
1 celery stem
1 small onion
1 tomato
2-4 tablespoons sour cream
green dill
2 tablespoons olive oil
bacon / turkey
ham
 
Preparation
Clean all vegetables and chop them by the shape and size desired.
In a saucepan, cook the onion in 2 tablespoons of oil, then add the carrots, the tomato and the celery, stirring after every vegetable introduced.
Then, add the peas, then warm water covering them, then add salt and black pepper to taste.
Let all the vegetables boil, then mix everythinh with a vertical mixer.
If you want the soup to be thicker, remove some of the water before mixing them.
Cut / dice the bacon, and fry it in a pan (without oil), then add it to the soup.
Finally, add the sour cream, dill and salt to taste.
