Greek salad Breadsticks













Ingredients
Dough
 
500 g flour
250 ml warm water
2 teaspoons dry yeast
120 ml olive oil
1 egg
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon oregano
Filling
 
Feta cheese, crumbled
cherry tomatoes, cut in half
Kalamata olives, sliced

1 red onion, chopped

Preparation
Dissolve the yeast in warm water and salt, then mix all the ingredients and knead an elastic dough, not sticky, then let it rise.
After the dough has risen, knead it again and divide it into 8 pieces.
Flatten the pieces of dough with the rolling pin, then distribute on each one a little bit of the Feta cheese, tomatoes, olive and onion.














Roll each one and seal the edges.







 




place on a tray greased with oil, then make several cuts above each breadstick (I used kitchen shears),


















then let it rise again for 20-30 min.
Then bake for about 30 minutes at 190C / 375F.
After they're baked place them on a kitchen towel, sprinkle lightly with water and cover them with a towel (so as not to harden).
