Fall Cake

Fall is here...
With this recipe we're transitioning to fall, both in ingredients and color.

125 butter, room temperature
100g sugar
2 eggs
150 g flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 apples
3 large plum / 6 small plums
1 handful of grapes
100 g wallnuts pieces / almond flakes

Lemon/Vanilla extract


Cut the apples (unpeeled) into slices and cut the plums into pieces.


Mix the butter with the sugar,

then add the eggs, one at a time, and mix.

Add the flour, baking powder, extract, mix again, also add the sour cream and finally add the chopped plums and half of apple slices, stirring gently with a spoon.
Grease a round tray with o
il (diameter 20-24 cm), add the dough,

add on top the rest of the slices of apples, the grapes and the walnuts / almonds.

Put in the preheated oven at 400 F and leave for 30-35 minutes.
