Chocolate wafer roll

The question is not whether you'll like it, but if you'll be able to stop ;).

1 sheet wafer
200 g sugar
50 ml water
100 g butter
200 g milk powder
4-5 tablespoons cocoa


The wafer sheet is placed between two wet towels, and in the meanwhile make the chocolate cream.

Put the sugar and the water in a saucepan on fire, and stir constantly until the sugar dissolves, then remove from heat, add the essence and mix.
In a bowl, pour the milk powder, the cocoa and the butter, and then, over them, the water with dissolved sugar and stir continuously.
Then pour onto the wafer sheet, and roll it.

Then wrap it in a piece of foil, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
