Fluffy cake with apples and nuts















The title says it all ... :)

Ingredients
4 eggs
4 tablespoons
of sugar
4 tablespoons of flour
salt
1 cup chopped nuts
Filling
2-3 tablespoons oil / butter
6-8 apples
cinnamon
salt
sugar to taste

Preparation
Filling
Grate the apples (with or without skin - however you prefer), add the sugar, the cinnamon and salt to taste, then place in a pan (20/30cm) smeared with oil / butter. Bake for 20 minutes.

Dough
Beat the egg whites with sugar, then add the egg yolks, salt and mix. Finally, pour the flour - little by little and mix everything gently.
Pour the mixture over the apples in the pan, drizzle the nuts
over it, then bake again until its color turns golden .
Remove from the oven, allow at least 10 minutes to cool down, and then place upside down on a tray or platter.
