Cheddar Olives

 

















Vacation is over, back to cooking :)

Ingredients
Dough
1 cup (240 mL) cheddar or parmesan cheese, grated
2 tablespoons butter (I used coconut butter)
black pepper
salt
paprika
flour enough to cover everything (about 1 cup - 240 ml)
Filling
pitted green olives (I used
stuffed green olives)

Preparation
Mix all the ingredients, creating a dough that's easy to mold into shapes.
Then wrap each olive with dough and shape them like balls.
Then place them in the oiled tray. Put the tray in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes at 200C/400F (or you can keep them in the freezer for a week and put them frozen in the oven for 20-25 min).
