Romanian Meatballs


Romanian traditional recipe for the holidays.

Ingredients
1 kg turkey / chicken, ground
3 large potatoes
1 onion larger / 2 bunches green onions
2 slices of bread, soaked in water and squeezed
1 small
head of garlic
2 teaspoons pepper
+ / -2 Tablespoons salt
3 eggs
parsley and dill, chopped

Preparation
Peel the vegetables and grind them in the meat grinder / food processor. Then mix all the ingredients, add extra salt and pepper if needed.
















Shape the meatballs walnut size, form them between your hands (wet your hands before shaping each one), then flatten them,















and fry them on both sides in oil over medium heat until slightly browned.














Take them out on kitchen paper, to absorb the oil, and serve warm or cold.
