Romanian Cozonac

My mom makes this cozonac (Romanian ​​sweet bread) with plenty of nut filling, it's the best!

500 g flour
3 egg yolks
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons yeast dry/25 g fresh yeast
4-6 tablespoons sugar (add more if you want it sweeter)
100 ml oil (I used 60 g butter 40 ml oil)
essence of orange / lemon or orange peel

250 ml warm milk
about 300 g ground walnuts
30-40 g cocoa
about 150 ml milk
6 to 8 lg sugar
essence of orange / lemon or orange peel / lemon, race
1 yolk
1-2 tablespoons milk
1-2 tablespoons sugar

This time I made ​​the dough using the bread machine,

then I let it rise 1 hour.

Oil the working desk, cut the dough into 2 equal pieces, and spread each piece into a sheet by hand (each sheet to be the length of the pan) and cover them with the filling mix,

Roll them,

and then braid them together.

Then place the dough in the oiled tray and let it rise for 30-50 min.
Then brush the yolk mixture on it for a nice shiny finish,

and bake for 40-55 minutes at 350 F / 175 C.
