Coconut Pudding Cake

















The Pudding cake has a special taste - derived from the coconut, and a pleasant texture.

Ingredients
9 to 12 tablespoons sugar (depending on how sweet you like your dessert)
50 g butter at room temperature
8 eggs
500 ml coconut milk
400 g coconut
120 g flour
salt

 
Preparation
Mix the sugar with the butter. Then add the eggs, the milk, the flour, and finally the coconut.
Pour the composition on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper or in silicone molds,



















then bake it for 50-55 min at 360 F/180 C.

















Serve with chocolate syrup. I melted the chocolate and then I thinned it with some milk.
