Chocolate Brùlée


If you like chocolate, then you'll like this recipe :)

Ingredients
200 ml whipped cream (I used sour cream)
1 teaspoon vanilla
100 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa), grated
2 yolks
4 tablespoons brown sugar

Preparation
Mix the yolks with the sugar until the mix becomes smooth.
Place cream / sour cream in a saucepan over low heat and leave it until it warms (do not let it boil). Remove from heat and add the vanilla and the grated chocolate and stir well until it's incorporated.
Then add the yolk mixture and mix well.

Pour the mixture obtained in small coffee cups, then place them in a tray with water (water up to half the height of the cups)
















and bake them for 15-20 minutes (until you see the surface hardens), at 180C/355F.

Then remove from the oven and drizzle a teaspoon of sugar in each cup, caramelize the sugar by broiling them in the oven for 4-5 minutes.
