Baked lamb chops









 




 


Make Easter more colorful!

Ingredients
2 pieces of lamb ribs (about the size you see in the picture)
200 ml vinegar
garlic
salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, basil

Preparation
Wash the ribs, then put them in a bowl and drizzle with spices and garlic.
Then add vinegar and water (add enough to cover the ribs) and let it marinate for 30 minutes - 1 hour.















Then remove the ribs and place them in a glass casserole dish (with nothing else in it, as in the picture),














and bake at 400F/200C for 40 min - 1 hour.
