Baked eggs with smoked salmon |

A tasty recipe, that's also easy to make.
Ingredients
250 g smoked salmon
100 g cottage cheese / ricotta
4 eggs
dill
1 tomato, cut into cubes
4-8 slices of bread
olive oil
pepper / oregano / basil
Preparation
Cut the salmon into pieces and mix it with the dill, tomato and cheese.
Grease four small oven casseroles with butter, place the salmon mixture into them,
and then put an egg on top of each one.
Bake at 180C/360F, for 15 to 20 min.
Meanwhile, brush the bread slices with olive oil, then add spices and put them in the oven for a little while (or fry them).
Serve it with the slices of bread.
